【Returns Policy】

・We do not accept exchanges or refunds for customer-initiated reasons.

・Even for defective or malfunctioning products, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

1: If the product has been damaged, broken, soiled, or rendered incomplete due to the customer's responsibility after arrival.

2: If all accessories and contents are not present in the customer's possession.

3: If expansion devices have been added, parts have been replaced, or the product itself has been modified or adjusted.

【Returns Due to Defects】

If there is any damage or soiling not described by our shop at the time the product arrives, please contact us within 3 days of arrival.

The return shipping costs will be covered by our shop.

We will refund the product price once the returned item has been received.

【Cancellations】

You may cancel your order for any reason within 30 minutes of placing it. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
